Fallout occurs after any missile lands on ground. It irradiates the ground and leaves fallout.
It is known for its bright green color.
The fallout defense modifier ranges from 2.5× to 5× based on the ratio of fallout tiles on the map. [1] It can significantly increase army losses.
As the % win condition does not take into account irradiated soil as claimed territory it may trigger a win or loss.
