User Settings are Options which allow a player to customize how the game behaves.

Accessing

They can be accessed by clicking the gear icon in the bottom left of the game's main page, or by clicking on the smaller gear on the top right during a match.

Some settings are main page exclusive [MP], and some are in-game exclusive [IG].

Keybinds[MP]

Keybinds can only be accessed when on the main menu, and not in-game.

As of v27.0, there are several bugs related to settings and clearing keybinds.

Basic settings

  • Dark Mode - Changes some colors from white to black and changes to ocean color to be much darker.
  • Emojis - Displays emojis sent by other players.
  • Alert Frame[MP] - Flash the border red when certain important things happen (getting betrayed, getting Nuked).
  • Special Effects - Show certain effects, such as explosions.
  • Structure Sprites - Show pixel art of buildings when zoomed in.
  • Left Click to Open Menu - Off = right click opens menu, On = left click opens menu.
  • Hidden Names - Changes player Names and flags to be anonymous. Useful for streamers, or for people wanting to avoid explicit names not caught by the Name Filter.
  • Hidden Lobby IDs[MP] - Hides the ID of private game lobbies. Useful for streamers.
  • Territory Patterns[MP] - Enables displaying Territory Patterns. Disabling is useful for improving visibility.
  • Performance Overlay - Show information about computer and internet speed. Can be toggled with SHIFT + D. Useful for debugging lag issues.
  • Toggle Terrain[IG] - Temporarily hides territory colors and names in order to show Terrain types.

Sliders:

  • Attack Ratio[MP] - The default Attack Ratio at the start of new matches.
  • Background Music Volume[IG] - Volume of the BGM. 0% by default.
  • Sound Effects Volume[IG] - Volume of the SFX.
